General
1. Do you offer power-leveling services?

Yes, we do. We will offer the best power-leveling services for our customers.

2. How do you level my character?

We assign 2 or 3 expert players to do the leveling for you. They are forbidden to use any kinds of extra tools such as macros, dupes, game bug exploits in the leveling. Your character will be leveled via what is commonly known as “grinding”. All these players have an excellent understanding of the World of Warcraft and they know the best areas & quests to level your character as fast as possible.

3. How fast will you level up my character?
The speed of level up depends on which role you want to play. Generally speaking, the rogue and the hunter will be leveled up in the shortest time, while the paladin will spend the longest time. However, we will finish the job in the required time.

4. All loots will stay on my character, right?
Of course! You can retain all the gold and necessary loots which the players get in the leveling. We will sell the useless items (like gray and bad green items) to vendors, and retain good ones (like rare or epic or good green gears)in bank for you.
5. What do you do if someone sends a message to my character?
Normally we will respond as if AFK when another player sends you a message. However, if the GM sends you a message we will say hello to him. We can respond in any way you like. If you have any specific answers to others, please let us know and we will be sure to use them.
6. I understand it takes multiple days to level my character, but I want to play with my friends during the week; am I able to play while you are leveling my character?
Of course! You may schedule your time for us to level your character or for you to play yourself. You may also order part-time services from us and pay by per hour a day instead of per level.
7. After I pay, how quickly can you start my order?
Normally, we start working on your order within half an hour after receiving it. Sometimes our departments may be full and it may take longer for your order to start. However we can assure that once free players are available, we will start on your order immediately. Please remember that we did not and will never use bots or macros. All work will be done by a real person.

2. What should I do if the Live Help is not available?
Much as we set the highest priority for all our valued customers, instances where internet connections are temporarily down or our systems might be facing some technical problems and disturbances are inevitable. In this situation, please do contact us via email and we will reply you as soon as possible.
3. Live Help is on, but no one seems to be answering.
Under such situation, we hope you will keep cool and be a little more patient with us. Our customer service representative may be temporarily away from their work station or we may be experiencing high traffic volume on our live help system at that time. However, you can contact us via email and we will reply you shortly.

About the order
1. How can I track my order status?
You can track your order status by simply logging on to our website to check with our customer representatives. And for power leveling order, you can check on 'report' page of our website.
2. What happens if I entered a wrong Character name or selected the Wrong server?
Under such instances, there is no call for Panic. Simply log on to our website and contact any of our customer representatives in order to expedite the process, please furnish us with your actual desired Character name, Server name and followed by your Paypal address. We will then rectify the error and will execute delivery according to the new information which was provided by you.
3. Are there discounts for larger orders?
Yes, we offer bulk discounts on a case by case basis. Please connect us via Live Help or email to discuss bulk discounts.

Delivery
1. How long do I have to wait for your delivery?
Delivery usually occurs within the first hour after payment has been received. We are trying our best to send the gold to you ASAP. However for some of the newer or more popular servers, it may take from 1-48 hours. If delivery has not been sent within 48 hours, we will fully refund.
2. Can I ask for refund if you didn't make the delivery in a timely manner?
Yes, you can. If we can’t deliver it within 48 hours, we will refund your payment immediately. If you have any questions, you can contact us via live support OR email us OR message us through MSN.
3. What are the possible reasons for delay?
There are various possibilities such as Technical errors like internet down time and incorrect or insufficient information provided. Therefore, it is very important that you furnish us with a valid telephone number and email address for us to contact you. At the same time we will not give the information to the third party.
4. You have stopped talking to me in the game during a delivery, what went wrong?
We may be disconnected due to technical reasons half way through the transaction. No worries at all, we will contact you soon as we get online again. There is also an indicator on our website reflecting our on-line status and you will know if we are online or being disconnected.
5. It is urgent and I need my stuff now
So long as we are online, we will deliver to you by the soonest means, but if it’s a “life” threatening situation and you cannot wait, then please be easy and contact our customer representative even before you make your payment so that we can ensure we have sufficient stocks to tide you through.

1. What Forms of Payment do we accept?
We mainly accept Paypal or Western Union.
Note: For larger orders, we may require Western Union as a payment mode. Please do contact us via our live help chat system to enquire in how to send us your payment through Western Union.
2. How long does it take for my payment made via Paypal to be processed?
If you are using Credit Card/ Paypal account balance, the process is almost immediate and delivery will be done as soon as Paypal alerts us with regards to your payment. We will then do the delivery soon as we have verified all your details.
3. Why do your prices change so frequently?
We raise and lower our prices in accordance with market supply and demand. When supply is short and demand is high, prices will increase. When supply is plentiful but there is little demand, prices will decrease. This is the reason for changing prices and also why currency prices may vary from server to server on one game.

1. What is Paypal and how does it work?
Paypal is an online payment system that facilitates the transfer of money from one bank account to another. After signing up for an account at www.paypal.com and proceeding through their easy verification process, you may send money to your Paypal account from your bank account and begin to use to make purchases online from websites. Paypal is one of the most widely accepted electronic payment services used today to reliably, instantly and safely move money between accounts worldwide.
2. How do I open an account in Paypal?
To open an account in Paypal, simply visit www.paypal.com. From there you can click on the 'sign up' button and follow the registration process. Paypal has a user friendly system to help new users create their accounts.
3. How do I verify my Paypal account?
The Paypal verification system is quite simple and easy. Once you have created your Paypal account, you have the option to acquire verified status by completing a process through your bank. After logging into your Paypal account, click the option that says verify my account, and Paypal will give instructions on what to do next. Paypal will make two small deposits into the bank account attached to your Paypal account and they will request that you verify exactly the amounts that they have deposited. After checking your bank records, simply enter the deposit amounts into the Paypal query page and your account will then attain verified status.
4. My shipping address is not confirmed. How can I confirm my shipping address?
Go to www.Paypal.com and click on help, use keyword "Confirm Shipping address" in the help search box.
5. I forgot to include my Confirmed shipping address. What Should I do?
Please visit www.Paypal.com and log into the same Paypal account that you placed your order from. Click on the "Send money" tab and input the necessary information followed by clicking on the "Continue" button and look under shipping information. Leave the "Ship to" information as default.
6. Why is my shipping address unconfirmed?
Paypal uses an Automated Verification System to verify credit card billing addresses that are entered on the system. An address is confirmed if it is associated with a credit card or can be independently verified by PayPal. Gift Addresses and addresses associated with a Switch or Solo debit card cannot be confirmed. Currently, our system cannot verify most non-U.S. credit card billing addresses.
These types of security measures are unfortunately necessary in an online environment where it is difficult to check someone's identity. In the physical world, sellers can check someone's credit card and driver's license. In the online world, where simple and effective identification tools do not yet exist, we have to take different precautions. We believe that these safety precautions are in the interest of all our members.
